About Us
Diversified Home Renovations handles full-scale residential remodels, from complete gut-outs down to the studs through finished rooms. We're a hands-on, growing team that takes pride in quality work, and we're looking for someone who wants to learn the trade from the ground up.

About the Role
This is a paid apprenticeship. You'll work directly alongside the owner, Dylan, on every phase of a renovation and learn real skills on real job sites. No prior construction experience is required, but past experience in any trade is a definite plus. Above all, we value work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Assist with full demolition and gut-outs, including drywall, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and debris removal
• Help with framing, drywall hanging and finishing, trim, and flooring installation
• Support kitchen and bathroom remodels, including cabinets, tile, and fixtures
• Prep job sites, protect finished areas, and keep the workspace clean and safe
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Measure, cut, and prep materials under direction
• Pick up materials and supplies as needed
• Take on tasks independently as your skills grow

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Reliability: you show up on time and ready to work
• Eagerness to learn and the ability to take direction
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in Florida heat and varying conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Your own work boots and work-appropriate clothing suitable for demolition and construction
• Past experience in a trade (construction, remodeling, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or similar) is a definite plus

Pay & Growth
Starting pay ranges from $15 to $25 per hour, based on:

• Prior experience in construction or related trades
• How quickly you learn and apply new skills
• Your ability to take ownership of tasks and work without close supervision

As you grow more skilled and independent, your pay grows with you. This is a chance to get paid while you learn a valuable trade.

Schedule
Full-time, [e.g., Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed]
